Trance-Evolutionary Practice HORA training results in an evolutionary, natural wellbeing by training of “trance-gravitational awareness, attention and movement”.
During our classes you will accumulate new skills on how to feel a stable body, psyche, and intellect.
This practice correctly organizes the constant and increasing, gentle pressure on the organs, muscles, joints and bones, rejuvenating and training them within the parameters of an individuals’ ideal posture.

HORA Trance Fit — for adults ages 27+
“HORA Trance Fit On The Chair” exercises are based on the standing version of HTS for youth, but for adults aged 27+. A person follows a trained leader through easy, practical training, based on simple European fitness exercises that will support you in intellectual, emotional, and physical load. This is the best way to train inner ATTENTION!.
Youth Program for College students and Recent Graduates
This program is done in a faster rhythm and encompasses Basic Principles program + HORA youth exercises that fitness the attention at a faster pace, matching the state of growing professionally, and they're often still involved in sports activities and early career.

Kids Program for Pre-teenagers
This program is a bit shorter, utilizes HORA youth program exercises and looks at science concepts from reputable sources as a support for connecting a need to establishing an intentfull ritual training discipline for mind, body and nervous system so other that pre-teen transitions to next stage of accountability and independence in life such as sport, school, hobbies in calmness, confident and productive mindset.

HORA Trance Sport — for youth ages 27 and younger
HTS is easy, practical training, based on simple European fitness exercises that will support you with intellectual, emotional, and physical workloads. HTS consists of simple exercises that instantaneously activate the whole body and gives you the ability to activate the concentration of attention. It is a unique training and is not comparable with other methods. After each exercise session, a person comes out more energetic, calm, and vigorous.
This program is a mix of five different Practice HORA levels and offers a unique training experience from basic to advanced exercises. It is very popular with ambitious professionals who would like to develop their capabilities at a faster pace and are ready on a physical, intellectual, and emotional level.
This program is the fastest program of fitnessing inner attention and individual structural transformation and evolutionary health. It includes experimental exercises, deeper submergence into teaching, and method of Practice HORA.

He has an MBA from Wake Forest University and a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
Yevgeny is also an avid reader of Science-Fiction and Science books and has been a resident of the Northfield/Wilmette area since 2014. Current board member of Winnetka Youth Organization.
