Trance-Evolutionary Practice HORA training results in an evolutionary, natural wellbeing by training of “trance-gravitational awareness, attention and movement”.
During our classes you will accumulate new skills on how to feel a stable body, psyche, and intellect.
This practice correctly organizes the constant and increasing, gentle pressure on the organs, muscles, joints and bones, rejuvenating and training them within the parameters of an individuals’ ideal posture.

Practice HORA focuses on developing and training a new type of human known as a “Gravitaneer'', a trance-gravitational human, a species that has a better understanding and utilization of the laws of nature.
The Practice of HORA is not yoga, NLP, crossfit, martial arts, or other meditative methods of influencing the human psyche.
Practice HORA does not borrow any techniques from other Eastern of Western systems and is independent. It does not compete for the title of best relaxation or meditation method, or best cardio method. It does not have belts, ranks, seniors or juniors.

Alexander V. Atayan, Master HORA®, is the founder of Trance-Evolutionary Practice HORA®. His practice focuses on how a human being can consciously make the next evolutionary step as a species.
